All Holy Name of Jesus Parishioners are eligible to register for a FREE Formed account. Follow the ​steps below to get started.

1. Visit signup.formed.org 
2. Click on Continue to Sign up/Login
3. Enter your email address and click Next
4. Confirm your email address and enter your first and last ​name
5. ​Check the agreement box and click Sign Up
6. Join your Parish - enter the HNJ ​Church zip code 70118 and ​select Holy Name of Jesus from the drop-down list
7. You have the option to set up a password, if you wish (not required)
8. Start exploring the vast amount of content, including movies, ​books, audio resources, family programming, and more!
